To be able to offer you the registration and transaction services of the Transactional Pages, to process your transactions and to improve your experience with FLO and the Web site, the Service Provider must collect certain personal information about you, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information, account number with the Service Provider, data about your use of the EV charging products and your electric vehicle, your energy usage, and other similar information.

Other communications

We may also require your comments about your experience with using the FLO service and this Web site. If you communicate by phone with our service providers, the conversation may be recorded to assess the quality of services or to protect both parties in case of disagreement.


We use cookies to customize the Web site for returning visitors. These cookies remain on your computer and are automatically retrieved when you visit the Web site at a later time. These cookies contain only information about the type of customer and frequently visited pages. No other information is stored on cookies. You may disable cookies on your computer. Disabling cookies may affect user functionality, and visitors who have disabled cookie processing will not be able to use our personalized account management function.

Web logs

The Service Provider also maintains standard web logs that record data about all visitors to the Transactional Pages. Sharing of information

The Service Provider may share the information collected with the members of FLO and Our service providers including the purposes outlined below.

Your personal information may be used by a member of the FLO service as part of a targeted promotion of its products and services insofar as you have participated in one of its customer loyalty programs. Only authorized personnel of FLO Services inc., of the Service Provider and of our service providers who require this information to perform their duties will have access to the file containing your personal information, which will be held at our offices or on our servers or those of our service providers.

We may also share this information with third parties as part of a sale or assignment of a business participating in FLO, or for audit purposes.

We may share with third parties’ certain pieces of non-personally identifiable information and aggregated non-personally identifiable information, for example, the number of customers located in a certain geographic area or how many hours a day customers with an electric vehicle are using EV Chargers.

Your personal information is kept as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected or for the purposes of compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations. When this information is no longer necessary, it is destroyed. When destroying documents and data, we follow strict procedures and ensure that only authorized personnel has access to them.

All personal information will be handled in a confidential manner in compliance with applicable Québec legislation respecting the protection of personal information. To the extent provided by these laws, you have the right to obtain your file and request that it be corrected if the personal information it contains is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous, or if the collection, release or keeping of the information is not authorized by law.
