Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

Any merchandise purchased from FLO may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date in its original packaging (including the UPC code, manual, parts and receipt or packing slip).

Any returns must be authorized in writing by FLO Customer Service at service@flo.ca

FLO Customer Service will issue an authorization number which must accompany all returned merchandise. The returned merchandise must be sent by the carrier of your choice to the following address (at the customer’s expense):

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any additional damages to items or loss during shipment. Your application for review will be processed by FLO within 48 hours of receipt of  the returned merchandise.

FLO will refund the full amount paid by the customer if the merchandise has not been unpacked. If an item has been unpacked, it will have to be shipped back in its original package and intact. A charge will be levied and deducted from the refund amount ($50 for a charging station and  $20 for any other item).

FLO will refund the difference between the price paid and the price of promotional items only if the promotion takes place within 14 days of the purchase date. Every request for a refund must be made in writing and sent to FLO Customer Service at service@flo.ca
Refunds will be made using the original method of purchase upon receipt of the merchandise. Debit and credit card refunds will be processed to the same card number as was used for the original purchase.
